Brutal Boar Creations reserves the right to prohibit any Exhibitor, Exhibit, or proposed Exhibit, which in BBC's opinion is not suitable for the Wild Boar Hunting Expo.
Exhibits are not allowed to project into the isle beyond the assigned space, and exhibitors are not allowed to leave their assigned booth space to distribute literature or materials.
Non-Exhibitor solicitations is expressly prohibited. Any paid Exhibitor observing such activity shall promptly report it to the management of the Wild Boar Hunting Expo.
Exhibits that include the operation of lighting equipment and/or auddio/visual aids must be arranged in a manner that does not interfere with other Exhibitors. This will be left up the the decision of Wild Boar Hunting Expo staff. Wild Boar Hunting Expo staff reserves the right to have Exhibitors turn down the volume of sound devices or completely cut-off said devices if deemed neccessary by Wild Boar Hunting Expo staff.
Exhibitors that show live dogs are limited to 2 animals in the assigned exhibit area. Dogs must be kept tied or in kennels and cannot be walked around the Expo center. The leash must be of a length that lets the dog outside the assigned exhibit area. (exception s for a seeing-eye dog)
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the show.
No food can be sold by Exhibitors. Dried jerky will be allowed with permission from BBC.
If you plan to have firearms or ammo in your booth you must contact BBC for specific rules that must be abided by.
No open flames or highly combustible material shall be allowed in Exhibitor's booth.
No fund-raising activities will be allowed in the booths without express written consent from Brutal Boar Creations.
All Exhibitors, their agents or employees, shall be responsible for any injury or defacing to the ceiling, walls, or floors of the building or the booths or equipment of the other Exhibitors.
This agreement shall be assigned and no rights granted to the Exhibitor in this Agreement shall be subcontracted without the written consent of BBC.
The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brutal Boar Creations (Wild Boar Hunting Expo) and its subcontractors, agents, and employees, by reason of any claim or liability imposed by law on account of property damage or bodily injuries, including death, resulting there from, sustained or alleged to be sustained by any person or persons whether they be members of the public visiting the show, employees of BBC, or other Exhibitors, occuring at or in connection without the presentation or presentations of Wild Boar Hunting Expo, resulting from the negligence of the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, or persons performing services for it, or resulting from any equipment, machinery or items displayed by the Exhibitor.
Notwithstanding and remedies available to the Exhibitor at law, the Exhibitor expressly releases and waives any and all claims against BBC, its agents, officers, directors, shareholders or employees, in consideration of the mutual agreement of the parties and the opportunity of Exhibitor to exhibit at Wild Boar Hunting Expo.
